The Velòdrom d'Horta Miquel Poblet is an open cycle track in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, also known as the Vall d'Hebron velodrome.
It served as a venue for the UCI Track World Championships, held from 28 to 31 August 1984, and the track cycling races at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

The Velòdrom was built in 1984, designed by architects Esteve Bonell and Francesc Rius., while the track itself was designed by the Münster architect Herbert Schürmann.

It was the first to be following the new regulations of the International Amateur Cycling Federation (FIAC), means the prescribed length of 333 1/3 metres had been shortened to 250 metres.

After an extensive renovation and reopening, the velodrome, originally just called Velòdrom d'Horta, was renamed Velòdrom d'Horta Miquel Poblet in 2015 to honour the internationally successfull cyclist and multiple Spanish champion from Barcelona, who unfortunatelly died in 2013.
